Vanilla Whipped Cream

This Vanilla Whipped cream is an easy filling/topping recipe which includes mixingΒ heavy cream, sugar & vanilla together into a fluffy creamy structureΒ for your dessert.

You can add this on the top of the Fruit salad, Pie, Pancakes, French toast, Cold coffee, Milkshakes or a hot chocolate. More or less you can include this on any of the dessert if you want to make that as someone’s favorite πŸ˜‰ I tried adding this to a plain vanilla cake & it just tastes heavenly. Try this out to know how it feels. Believe me, it’s much better than store bought.

Vanilla Whipped Cream

Preparation time – 15-20 mins

Yields – 2 cups

Ingredients

Heavy cream – 1 cup

Sugar – 2 tblsp

Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Chill the bowl (large and wide) & whisk in the freezer for 10 mins.

  2. Mix heavy cream, sugar & vanilla extract together in the chilled bowl and start whisking it using an electric mixer. Initially, start with a medium speed and gradually whisk it at high speed.

  1. Slow it down once it’s start thickening and beat until it form soft peaks when you lift the whisk from the bowl.

  1. Top it on your favorite dessert and melt in the moment.

Note

If you are not sure about the peak take a spoonful of cream and when you revert it should not fall.

Freezing the whisk & the bowl (with cream)Β in between (i.e. after 10 min) for about 3 mins helps to speed up the process.

Make sure you are using large wide bowl to get better results (avoids splattering & more fluffy cream). I learned this in a hard way by using narrow one which took more than 40 mins πŸ™
