Watermelon Juice is a quick refreshing drink blended from lemon & watermelon pieces with the touch of mint leaves. What can soothe the summer heat better than a watermelon? I had always felt excited about eating all pink layers and leaving behind the white part, slurping in the juice while chewing the water melon pieces and spitting out the seeds just for the fun of it 😀 Hmhmm.. Now, I feel all lazy to eat the water melon fruit and take the watermelon in juice form. We can make the super delicious version of watermelon juice with the addition of mint & lime juice.
Goodness of water melon:
Watermelon provides high amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for a low amount of calories.
It promotes a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy and cools down the body.
Because of its high water content, watermelon juice would be more refreshing for the body to take water melon juice in summer.

Water Melon Juice Recipe
Watermelon pieces – 3 cups (save few pieces for topping)
Mint – 3-5 leaves (optional)
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp (optional)
- Cut the chilled watermelon pulp into small cubes.2. Blend the watermelon cubes nicely along with mint leaves in a blender or mixer grinder (add ice cubes if needed).
- I always prefer using chilled watermelon so I skipped the ice cubes.
Add Sugar or Honey (1-2 tblsp) if the melon is not sweet enough.
