Avocado Milkshake
Avocado Milkshake (aka Butter Fruit Milk shake) is a mild, smooth and creamy nutritious drink in which avocados are blended in almond milk and flavored with cardamom & nuts.
One of my friends offered me this delicious milk shake, while we were chit-chatting on a fine evening. That was the first time ever I tasted avocados as I never attempt to taste it before (shame on me :0). Thereafter, Avocado milkshake has got its place on my favorites list (Thanks to her!!!).
Avocados are incredibly nutritious with 20 different vitamins & minerals and are loaded with anti-oxidants that can protect the eyes & lower cataract risks.

Avocado Milkshake Recipe
Ingredients
Avocado – 1
Almond milk – 1 cup
Honey – 2 tblsp
Cardamom (optional) – 1/4 tsp
Fried nuts (cashews, pista or almonds) – 2 tblsp for garnish
Preparation Method
1. Wash and slice the avocado lengthwise. Remove the seed & scoop the pulp out from the skin.
2. Blend almond milk, avocado, cardamom & honey in a blender or mixer grinder until they are combined well.
3. Garnish it with fried nuts before serving.
1. You can replace almond milk with normal milk or soy milk & flavor it with almond extract, if you want.
