Carrot Soup – A thick, nutritious, tasty soup prepared by boiling the sliced carrots in water and blended well with chosen spices with a tinge of ginger and garlic & served warm or hot.

As a first step, we switched to soups instead of coffee in the evening. What could be better than a creamy carrot soup with the flavor of ginger & garlic on a cold evening?
