Paneer Fry Recipe
Been long time, huh???? We are back with another simple cum delicious recipe of PANEER FRY – Indian snacks/fritters made by deep frying Cottage cheese (paneer) marinated in Indian spices.
This is the easiest fried recipe I have ever tried. I was just chit-chatting with my friend in whatsapp and she had just sent me three pictures describing the whole recipe. I was utterly amazed as the ingredients included only the basic spices that we have at home. I then started asking her about including this & that in the ingredients for better taste. She simply said “Nope, Marinate, Fry & Serve”. How does that sound for you? Yes, it is that easy!!! After seeing those photos, I could n’t resist trying Paneer Fry on the very same day. Thank you Sudha for this wonderful recipe. A crispy hot snack for a cold evening 🙂
