Paneer Bhurji – Spicy Indian cottage cheese Sabzi
Paneer Bhurji is an easy side dish for chapathi/dosa/toast/Roti, in which crumbled paneer is added to sauteed onions and tomatoes along with a few chosen spices.
This used to be the most common dish in my early cooking days, when I was not much familiar with chutney varieties; Also on power-cut days when I missed to prepare chutney in advance. You can serve this delicious Panner Bhurji as stuffing for toast or as a subzi for chapati/dosa/Roti/Poori.
