“Deck the halls with boughs of holly – Fa la la la”
Yey!!! We hear that. Christmas is nearby and it’s time for us to bring out our baking tools back. I like the fresh smell of oranges very much; How great would that be, if I could prepare a special dessert made out of oranges bursting with my favorite orange flavor? 🙂 I had this idea in my mind for a really long time and what would be a better excuse for that than Christmas??? 🙂 🙂 And here it is, my special egg-less orange cake with chocolate ganache. 🙂
I have replaced the eggs in this version with baking soda & vinegar and it makes the cake even fluffier. The combo of soft, moist orange cake with chocolate ganache frosting will refresh you and bring the holiday spirit at your home.
