I never tried anything special on Valentine’s day other than watching movies until we moved to US. After watching all those commercials, sales, gifts & even the celebration in kinder garden for valentine’s day, I was inspired to make a special treat for my hubby. I have tasted butter cookies enclosed with chocolate filling which oozes out as you bite the biscuit. Aaahhh!!! That would be taste divine!! Keeping that in mind, I tried this basic butter cookies with a chocolate heart on top, as I don’t want to make it so complicated. The crunchy texture of the cookies with a smooth chocolate can surely melt the hearts of your loved ones. Make this special treat for your loved one with whom you wish to celebrate valentine’s day all year round. 🙂 I am sure kids also would love this chocolate-filled butter cookies. 🙂
